He was predeceased by: his father Willie Gene; and his brother Ricky Williams. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kueter; his son Elijah "Eli" Williams of Paragould; his brother William "Bill" Williams (Deborah) of Fulshear, Texas; his nieces, Dr. Brittany Rhoades of Fulshear and Dr. Sydney Devine of Washington, D. C.; and his nephew Seth Williams of Austin, Texas..
