She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Clinton Terry and Viola Mae Edge; her husband Thomas "Tommy" Yates; and her siblings, Margie Ann McNabb and Carl E. Terry.
She is survived by: her nieces, Carla Annette Williams (Ray) and Kathryn Jean; her great-nieces, Lauren Ashley Palmer (Bill), Brittney Nicole Hicks (Jeff), Kaityn Carrington Williams and Kennedy Rease Williams; and also, Gentry Rafe Palmer and Daniel Lane Hicks.
