He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Garmrath and Geraldine Garmrath; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his friends, Hall of Fame, Stan Musial and George Kell; his son Matthew Wayne (Sarah) of Corning, Arkansas; his significant other Sonja Tate of Paragould, Arkansas; his granddaughter Loreli; and his nephews, Tyler (Lauren) of Paragould, Alex (Summer) of Paragould and John Koy (Brianne) of Paragould.
