He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bowie; and his brother Bill Bowie. He is survived by: his wife Joann Bowie; his children, Chuck Bowie (Beverly) of Paragould, Joyce Bowie of St. Petersburg and Cheryl Hamm of Paragould; his grandchildren, Michael Hamm (Pam) of Denver, Jonathan Hamm of Ithaca and Natalie Bowie of St. Petersburg, Florida; and his stepgrandchildren, Felice Ferris and Jason Ferris. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren.
