He was predeceased by: his father James Forehand; and his siblings, Donald Forehand, Opal Caudle and Francis Noblin. He is survived by: his children, Greg Forehand (Becky) of Paragould, Tony Forehand (Elizabeth) of Paragould, Phyllis Lariscey (Frank) of Evans, Georgia and Cecilia Walters (Greg) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Chelsea Regenia Forehand of Brookland and Tony Forehand, Jr. of Paragould; and his sisters, Jean Gandy of Brookland and Eula Mae Forehand of Brookland.
