He is survived by: his wife Cathryn Childress; his children, Steve Childress, Mark Childress (Henrietta) and Christa Glaub (Keith); his grandchild Marine (Gatlin Childress); his stepgrandchildren, Shannon Kieffner, Josh Kieffner, Casi Crawford and Zachary Glaub; and his pets, Smokey Joe and Doodlebug.
