She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Kieffner and Billie Kieffner. She is survived by: her husband Larry Phillips of Paragould; her children, Brad Phillips of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and Ashley Phillips (Jeff Brown) of Chicago, Illinois; her brother Steve Kieffner (Mitzi) of Marmaduke, Arkansas.; and her grandchildren, Burke Phillips, Lyle Brown and Audrey Brown. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
For more than 20 years, Carolyn was also a volunteer for Reach to Recovery, a part of the American Cancer Society that provides emotional and educational support for women immediately following breast cancer surgery.
