She was predeceased by: her parents, B. M. Lewallen and Roena Lewallen; and her siblings, Charles Lewallen and Alla Jean Priest. She is survived by: her significant other Loren Vanhorn; her children, Dennis Vanhorn of Paragould, Shelia Vanhorn of Paragould, Sherry Stanfill of Paragould and David Vanhorn (Tonya) of Marmaduke; her siblings, Bobby Lewallen, Peggy Thomas, Judy Martin and Brenda Vincent; and her cousin Freda Steelman. She is also survived by her fifteen great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Harvey's Chapel Cemetery; St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Legacy Hospice.
