He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Florence Estell Treadway Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Stanfill Patterson; his children, Garry Patterson (Teresa), Perry Patterson (Tammy), Steve Hyde (Lisa), Michael Hyde and Melinda Galli (Danny); and his siblings, Glenn Patterson (Glenda), Virginia Nutt, Pearlene Adams, Carolyn Gibson and Donna Presley (Edward). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.
The family wishes in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Paragould Children's Home.
