He is survived by: his children, Roger Papkey (Barbara) of Salem, TN, Billy Kennedy, Jr. of Michigan, Tim Kennedy (Laura) of Tennessee, Tony Kennedy of Corinth, MS, Charles Kennedy of Corinth, MS, Rhonda Davis (Kenneth) of Russellville, AR, Angela Hervey of Springdale, AR, Sharie Huffins (Richard) of Paragould, AR and Chasity Kennedy of Trumann, AR; his wife Brenda Kennedy of Trumann, AR; and his siblings, Edward Kennedy of Hot Springs, AR and Francis Stanley of Ripley, MS. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
