She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Horace and Pansy May Poyner (Purvis); her former husband Norman "Pete" Rapert; her husband Melvin Bland; her siblings, Ralph, Albert, Harold, Bob Poyner, Nita Mahan, Mary Cantwell, Freida Schlueter and Jeanne Debord; and her sons-in-law, Harold Crawley and Freddie Pyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Norma 'Sue Crawley of Corning and Debbie Pyle of Paragould; and her grandchildren, Jim Crawley (Karen), Trish Segraves (Stan), Shona Potts (Dan) and Joey Pyle. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren.
