He is survived by: his children, Vicki Heiman (Tracy) of Ava, IL and Steven "Steve" Atkins of Elgin, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan Heiman (Kristine), Alyssa Guethle (Brandon), Noah Heiman (Kendra), Nicole Heiman, Kayla Atkins, Johnathan Atkins, Joshua Atkins and Samantha Atkins; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Tyson and Ellie; his siblings, Wilbur Atkins (Sue), Carthel Ray Atkins, Raymond Atkins (Phi), Arthur Atkins (Debbie), Stanley Atkins (Marolyn), Billie Wilson, Oneda Atkins, Brenda Lancaster and Phyllis (Jim); and his close friends, Coco and Spikey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
