He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Douglas and Nadine Douglas; and his siblings, Loretta Douglas, Bobby Douglas, Kathy Jernigan, Kenneth Douglas, Randy Douglas and Dennis Douglas.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Slade Douglas, Brandon Douglas (Heather) and Bridgitte Bennet (Ben); his grandchildren, Paige Douglas, Abbie Douglas, Jackson Bennett and Isabella Bennett; his pet Salty; and his siblings, Ray Dean Douglas (Martha), Lynda Miller (Richard) and Rickey (Rhonda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
