He is survived by: his stepmother Sandy Cantrell; his children, Cheyenne Cantrell, Patricia Ortiz and Cruz Ortiz; and his brothers, Jayme (Tracy Kirk), Jonathan (Joann Cantrell) and Scott (Nina Welch). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
