He is survived by: his wife Geneil Rowe; his son Randy Rowe (Alice); his granddaughter Julia Rowe (Carlos Mondragon); his great grandchild Oziel; his brother Willie Rowe; his stepchildren, Phillip Clemons, Jane Harris, Kent Clemons and Stacey Arledge; and his special little buddy Teegan Clemons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
