He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perry and Mary Francis Perry; and his brother Frankie Perry. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Perry; his children, Preston Perry (Jackie) and Priscilla Mangthag; his grandchildren, Emma Perry and Brock Mangthag; and his cousin Carolyn Arellano.
