He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence White and Rosie Mae Howell White; and his siblings, Danny Jenkins, Tommy Jenkins and Betty Sue Jenkins Bush.
He is survived by: his children, Denise LaPointe and Christopher White (Mandy); his grandchildren, Jay, Brandi, Janie, Alek, Landon and Declan; his great grandchildren, Buck, Lane, Nellie, Jailee, Britton and Kovin; his siblings, Linda Kay Hicks (Bill), Rosemary Crouch, Jo Ann Holliman and Franklin Jenkins; and his great-aunts, Clara Moore (James) and Opal Howell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
