She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Herron and Jewell White Herron; her husband Joe Billingsley; her daughter-in-law Glenna Billingsley; her granddaughter Katy Billingsley; and her sisters, Anna Jo Locke and Betty Nicholas.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Billingsley of Elaine, Dan Billingsley (Kathy) of Palestine, Mark Billingsley (Sherry) of Palestine, Robbie Billingsley Gore (Wayne) of Palestine and Lynn Billingsley Gore (Douglas) of Palestine; her siblings, Max Herron of West Memphis and Margaret Taylor of Green Forest; and her caregivers, Teresa Michael and Teresa Frost. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren.
