She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murry and Hazel Benefield Stephens; her husband Ray Halbert; her granddaughter Nancy Na'Cole Ross; her great grandchild Nicholai Caden Ross; her sister Patricia; and her brother-in-law Carl Dean Stewmon.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Le'Ann Ross (Allen) of Caldwell and Ray Halbert Jr. (Amanda) of Palestine; her grandchildren, Mallory Lee Flowers (Josh) of Caldwell and Ray Halbert III (Tailor) of Cuweta; and her great grandchildren, Alana Ann Halbert, Mila Rae Halbert of Coweta, Sofia Chana Ross, Truxton Allen Flowers and Teagan Colette Flowers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to the Palestine Cumberland Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 98, Palestine, Arkansas, 72372.
