She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Westbrook and Ozella Lane Westbrook Nipper; and her siblings, Billy Westbrook, Thomas Westbrook Jr., Raymond Westbrook, Robert Westbrook, John Westbrook, Charles Richard Westbrook and Ruth Pauline Westbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Cook of Palestine, Jimmy Cook (Kathy) of Palestine, Joseph Cook (Mandy) of Palestine, Tommy Cook of Searcy, Sue Pittman of Palestine and Samantha Matthews (B. B.) of Wynne; and her sisters, Sarah Lindsey and Sherry L. Westbrook. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are to be made to the Arkansas Baptist Homes For Children, 9701 W. Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72205.
