She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Sulcer and Mariella Sulcer; and her brother Bert Sulcer Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Bert Alexander, Angela Horner (Ike) of Jonesboro and Mary Spencer Alexander (Nick Ingram) of Jonesboro; her siblings, John Sulcer (Phyllis) of Fort Smith and Susanne Pollard (Bill) of Paragould; and her grandchildren, Spencer Horner, Alexandra Horner and Henry Ingram. She is also survived by her grandchildren and all their friends and family.
Charlotte Sulcer Alexander died peacefully Sunday, February 19, 2023 with her family by her side after battling with Parkinson's disease.
