She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Meadows and Ethel Arnold Meadows; and her former husband Carl Clarkson. She is survived by: her children, Doug Clarkson (Jane) of Wynne, Allen Clarkson (Jedonne) of Palestine and Rhonda Clarkson; her grandson Scott Clarkson; her spouse A. D. Byrd; and her stepson David Byrd. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stevens Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
