We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2024, at the age of 84, Robert Arthur Wheeler of Ozone, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrath Orville Wheeler (A. O.) and Etta Louise Wheeler; and his sister-in-law Betty Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Janie Wheeler; his siblings, J. C. Wheeler (Glenda) of Clarksville and Janice Lea Hanshaw (Wheeler) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his children, Roger Ost (Cheryl) of Hartman, Betty Ost of Ozone and Tina Lemons (Darrell) of Lamar; his grandchildren, Don Berces of Taipei, Eden Ost of Ozone, Derek Killane of Clarksville, Alicia Merritt (Lemons) of Lamar, Slade Dillard of Olympia and Logan Clayborn (Dillard) of Lamar; and his great grandchildren, Kadence and Davey Merritt of Lamar.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lamar Baptist Church (300 E Main St, Lamar, AR 72846).
