She is survived by: her husband Wallace West; her sons, Earl West (Denise) of Altus and Lee West (April) of Altus; and her grandchildren, Justin West, James Williams, Brandy Williams, Megan Martin, Anthony West, Shane Freeman, Dusty Freeman, Sydney Freeman, Jessie Pierce, Briann Hice, Kayla Alexander, Candice Harmon and Landon Hice.
