She is survived by: her husband Kennith Smith of Ozark; her daughter Janet Powell (Joe) of Ozark; her grandchildren, Kendra Mainer (Clint) of Ozark and Lance Carpenter of Nashville, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Jake and Ryan Mainer of Ozark; and her niece Pamela Sells Draper (Larry) of Las Vegas.
