Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Victoria (Brooks) Kellar Latham of Ozark, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 79, on February 19, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde W. Brooks and Victoria Ellen Brooks Larison (Ward); her husbands, Glen "Hoss" Kellar and James Latham; her son Dickie Kellar; her brothers, Donald Brooks and William Ted Brooks; and her son-in-law Billy Don McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy McDaniel of Ozark, John Opperman (Carol) of Paris and Jason Kellar (Char) of Paris; her sister Suzy Koehler (Steve) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Brooks of Paris and Mary Brooks of Greenwood; her stepbrother Charlie Larison of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Chaz Grist, B. J. McDaniel, Megan McDaniel, Taryn Boydston, Destin Davis and Myles Kellar; her great grandchildren, Lexi Wilson, Hunter Rhineheart, Cayden McDaniel, Paeton McDaniel, Jaxn McDaniel, Wesley Boydston and Bella Boydston; and her great great grandchild Adonis Wilson.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 110 W Walnut St, Paris, AR 72855.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.
