He is survived by: his wife Mary Foster; his children, Lisa Rushing (Frankie Whitlock), Sabrena (John Whitson) of New Braunsfels, Texas and Ricky (Debbie Foster) of Ozark; his sister Marcella Mitchel of Ozark; and his grandchildren, Ossie (Coral Rushing), Brittany (Matthew Ferguson), Zachary Rushing (Montana Cunningham), Nathan Foster (Amanda Claypool), Ramone (Meisha Rushing) and Matthew Whitson. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
