He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Carter and Lessie May Patterson Phillips; his wife Shirley Lue Phillips; and his son Roy Clifton Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Killian (Kevin) of St. Charles, Missouri; and his brothers, Garland Phillips of Tulsa and Jerry Phillips of Lavaca, Arkansas. He is also survived by four grandchildren that he adored, John Phillips, Alex Killian, Courtney Killian, and Austen Killian and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
