He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Leon Umholtz and Bertie A. Spillers Umholtz; and his sister Deborah Umholtz. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Ruth Tolbert Umholtz; and his sons, Auston Umholtz of Scranton and Nathan Umholtz of Fort Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
