He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Henry Franklin and Helen June Chancey Franklin; and his sisters, Shirley Cross and Kay Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hixon Franklin; his children, Michael Franklin (Gwen) of Ozark and Debby Gortemiller (Greg) of Ozark; his sisters, Donna White of Ozark, Fluffy Sory of Ozark and Tuffy Edwards of Ozark; his grandchildren, Mandi Dickerson, Sara Clock and Dustin Gortemiller; and his great grandchildren, Treavor Gortemiller, Kris Gortemiller, Alexis Gortemiller, Aiden Clock, Kylee Clock and Adlyn Clock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
