She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Glen Mathis and Lou Fannie Sanders Mathis; and her brothers, Fay J. Mathis and Cecil D. Mathis. She is survived by: her husband Harold D. Holt of Ozark; her children, Steve Holt (Lori) of Ozark and Melissa J. Lynch (Michael) of Dardanelle, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Lindsey Ann Fultz (Matthew), Jared Holt (Lindsey Nicole) and Cody W. Lynch (Taina Ayala); her great grandchildren, Michael, Darian Fultz, Logan Fultz and Logan Moore; her grandchildren, Lucas, Levi Fultz, Kylynn, Kinsley, Kaydence and Kamdyn Holt; and her great great grandchildren, Jensen, Hattie and Hudson Fultz.
