She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Lee Parker and Martha Ann Mounce Parker; her husband George Gorman Kelly; her siblings, Bernadean Patrick, Doyle Parker and Everette Parker; and her great grandchild Jase Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Leeds (Louie) of Clarksville, Norma Yates of Ozark, Donna Jetton (Michael) of Plumerville, Arkansas and Bruce Kelly (Debra) of Ozark; and her grandchildren, Kelli Grigsby, Colby Leeds, Libby Yates, Doug Yates, Sarah Ingram, Philip Jetton, Michael Kelly, Ashley Russell and Kari Ross. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Highland Cemetery (1509 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949).
