She is survived by: her children, Patrick W. Hurst (Rachel) of Ozark, AR, Edward J. Hurst (Nancy) of Clarksville, AR, Kristofer G. Hurst (Nancy Jo) of Ozark, AR and Krystal L. Payne (Steven) of Ozark, AR; her brother Knyles Brewer of Russellville, AR; and her grandchildren, Zachari Mullen, Alyssa Mullen, Mason Payne, Grant Hurst, Ethan Hurst, Katelynn Hurst, Hunter Hurst, Anthony Hurst, Matthew Hurst and Emma Henderson.
