He is survived by: his children, Chris Carr (Eliane) of Ozark and Sandra Carter (Elijah) of Ozark; his brother Bud Carr of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his daughter-in-law Lee Carr. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
