Joanne Rofkahr Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Rofkahr (Ozark, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Euing Burns and Juanita Eula Hill Burns; her husband James Joseph Rofkahr; and her brother Ronald Burns. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Rofkahr (Nancy) of Altus, Michael Rofkahr (Renata) of Sydney, Australia and Dennis Rofkahr (Brenda) of Altus; her sister Patsy Gilbreth of Greenwood, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Bobbie Biggs, Joshua Rofkahr, Joseph Rofkahr, Caitlyn Bowman and Hannah Rofkahr. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Nichols Chapel Cemetery.
