He is survived by: his father Jimmy Ray Case, Sr. of Subiaco; his children, Amelia Case of Clarksville and Isaac Case (Ariauna) of Ozark; his siblings, Michelle Riddle of Greenback, Katherine Case of Kingsport, Amy Case of Fort Smith, Raina Langston of Searcy, Ronnie Osborn of Roseburg and Paul Shamblin of Pocola, Oklahoma; his stepmother Lola Case of Paris; and his grandchildren, Hadleigh Case, Oliver Case and Jiryah Case. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
