He was predeceased by: his parents, Macy Bell and Theda Bell; his sister Rhonda Hazel; his brother-in-law William Dell Cain; his niece Christian Cain; his nephews, Dell Cain and Earnest Cain; his great-niece Alyssa Cain; and his great-nephews, Billy Ray Cain and Cody Ray Duncan.
He is survived by: his son Randy Bell; his niece Tina Chambers; and his nephews, Fred Cain, Patrick Cain and James Aaron Cain.
