He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spencer and Mae Wilson Spencer; his wife Linda Waits Spencer; and his siblings, Harold Spencer, Joe Spencer, Carolyn Spencer and Lorene Dryer.
He is survived by: his son Shawn Spencer (Angela) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jack Spencer and Jamie Spencer of Stillwater; and also Doris Cagle of Fayetteville, Arkansas..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Belt Cemetery.
