He is survived by: his children, Justin Phillips of Panama, James Phillips (Lindsey) of Baltimore, Maryland and Genice Wilson (Scotty) of Charleston, Arkansas; his siblings, Thula Jones of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Scott Phillips (Nancy) of Greenwood and Todd Phillips of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Jagger Phillips and Jetton Phillips of Panama, Oklahoma..
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Cemetery (1509 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949).
