He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Cleo Nuckolls Campbell; his siblings, Cecilia Miner, Maxine Stewart, Margaret Campbell, Jimmy and Billy Campbell; and his son Gary Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Campbell; his children, Caleb Campbell, Zack Campbell, Justin Grigsby (Clarissa) and Kristy Campbell of Ozark; and his nephew Michael Miner. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
