He was predeceased by: his parents, Floy B. Arnold and Ruby Alice Sheppard Arnold; and his wife Berta Arnold. He is survived by: his children, Floyd Sam Aronld III of Barberton, Ohio and Barbara Armer (Steven) of Ozark; his siblings, Jimmy Arnold of Ozark, Arkansas and Alice Hill (Jim) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Clint Ray McDowell, Andrew McDowell, Jasmine Bittle, Ashlynn Armer, Bethany Armer, Kathryn Dowda, Fashion Shaye Arnold and Justin Rashon Arnold; and his great grandchildren, Ja'Kaylen Arnold, Karston Jordan, Prosper Qualls, Atticus Bittle, Ronan Bittle, Keenan Bittle, Rillian Armer and Nicholas McDowell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at the Belt Cemetery.
