He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Sr. Howard and Rita Cantu Howard; his siblings, Richard, Dennis Howard, Jo Ann Howard-Hayes and Barbara Howard-Wilson; and his daughter Kristi Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Burge Howard of Ozark; his children, Tony Howard (Michelle) of Paris, Michael Howard of Ozark, Travis Howard (Monica Divet Schwert), Sam Wilcox (Lara) of Ozark, Kimberly Bowman (Alvin) of Ozark and Natalie Walker (Dustin) of Cecil, Arkansas; his sisters, Beverly Howard-Singletary (Roy) and Ginger Howard; his grandchildren, Whitney Bottoms (Andres Garcia), Kaitlyn Naegle, Kloey Howard, Maddy Fulmer, Tierra Howard, Bryttney Donnerstag, Addison Howard, Jessica Dean, Lindsay Chastain, Peydon Wilcox (Andrew Powers), Lyndee Walker, Jacob Howard (Michele), Corey Naegle, Jacob Naegle, Caleb Wilcox (Hailey) and Rylan Walker; and his great grandchildren, Addailynn, Lillian, Raelyn Wilcox, Zaylee, Wynter Howard, Bennett, Jase Bottoms, Phoenix Casner, Nicholi Howard and Braydon Chastain. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to First Baptist Church, First Baptist Children Ministry, and/or the First Baptist Library.
