He was predeceased by: his parents, William Berry Reagan and Mamie Thelma McLeskey Reagan; his wife Patsy Reagan; his children, Kevin Dwight Reagan and Yolanda Patchin; his siblings, Billa Jean Sweeten, Judith Dawn Reagan and Jimmy Dean Reagan; and his son-in-law Scott Ulke.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ulke of Lynnwood, Teresa Ruloph of Fort Smith, Angela McComb of Ozark, Elizabeth Bearden of Ozark and Charles Ruloph of Little Rock; and his siblings, Phillis Reagan, Debera Latimer, Jerry, Ross, David, Neil and Byron Reagan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
