He is survived by: his father Darrell Flanary; his fiancé Marlo Kozlowski; his mother Katy Flanary of Ozark; his siblings, Deddie Chess (Dewayne), Bo Flanary (Brittany) of Ozark, Chris Flanary (Anna) of Ozark and Jason Flanary (Brandy) of Ozark; and his daughters, Kristyn O'Neal (Tommy Vinh) of Barling, Kelcey Butler (Joe Lingo) of Ozark, Elizabeth Goodman (J. D.) of Ozark and Caydin Palmer of Ada, Oklahoma. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
