He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Johnson and Virginia Ragsdale Johnson; and his former wife Janice Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson; his children, Terry Chambers (Jeff) of Ozark, Travis Eugene Johnson of Ozark and Trinity Shawn Johnson of Ozark; his stepchildren, Felicia Woods of Ozark, Justin Million (Sarah) of Driggs and Quinten Million of Driggs, Arkansas; and his grandsons, Cody, Jesse Dutton, Hayden Chambers, Brad and Brent Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; five step grandchildren; and seven step great grandchildren.
