It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cletis D Whitson of Ozark, Arkansas, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Whitson (Penny) and Myrtle Kizer Whitson; and his siblings, Francis Koop, Coleman, Edgar (Bob), Rayburn and John Robert Whitson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby A. Whitson; his children, Cheri Whitson Lopez of Ozark and Ray Whitson (Sharla) of Fort Smith; his sister Barbara Walker Garbiso (Ernie) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Jody Sampley (Stephanie), Jason Sampley (Brittny), Josh Sampley, Levi Whitson (Jessica) and Abby Whitson; and his great grandchildren, Annie, Holly, Noah, Josiah Sampley, Declan and Owen Whitson.
