He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Arlie Lenore Walker Mantooth; his daughter Tamara Mantooth; and his sisters, Lorene Davis and Audean Valentine.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Bramlett Mantooth; his daughter Cindy Holzman (Dustin) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Amanda McQuaide of Ozark, Hunter Immel of Ozark, Hanna Briney of Ozark and McKenzie Rigdon of Texarkana, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Kaylor and Addison McQuaide.
