He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Waits; his children, Candace Miller (Thom) of Montrose, Colorado and Brian Waits (Leighann) of Ozark; his siblings, Velma Easom of Ozark, Nina Lee of Paris, Charles Waits of Shawnee, Mottie Waits of Fort Smith, David Waits of Ozark and Terry Waits of Ozark; and his grandchildren, Lynleigh, Lacey, Layla, Henry Waits of Ozark, Corbin and Linus Miller of Montrose.
