She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Wilbur Phillipson and Mary Gayle Rook; her husband James Warren Rudolph; and her grandparents, Merele and Mary Busby.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Scott Small of Oklahoma, Bryan Ray Small of Texas and Mary Christine McCain (Jon) of Mulberry, Arkansas; her cousin Marilynn Frazier (Garvis) of Ozark; her grandsons, Michael D. Farrell of Ozark and Colin McCain of Mulberry; and her caregivers, Mary, Linda, Julie, Hope, Willene, Ashley, Anna and Melba.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (2315 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (1509 W Commercial St, Ozark, AR 72949).
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to Mercy Hospice, 6801 Rogers Avenue Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903.
