She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Simmonds and Mary Simmonds (Brickham); her siblings, Dennis Simmonds, Charles Simmonds and Margaret Berry; and her great-niece Cameryn Mohlke.
She is survived by: her niece Alida Mohlke (Jason); her nephew Pete Murphy (Sarah); her great-niece Mallory Traino (Tyler); and her great-nephews, Ethan Mohlke (Falon), Lane Mohlke and Trevor Murphy.
